Paul is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years experience in underground mine design, planning, mine management, production and development. Paul has held the positions of Mine Manager, Contracts Superintendent and General Manager for several major companies.

Brendan Rouse – Director – Group Business Development

Brendan has over 15 years experience in underground mining, civil construction and heavy industry coupled with a sound mechanical trades background, highly developed project management and negotiation skills.

Dudley Isles - Group Chief Operating Officer

Dudley is a Mining Engineer with over 35 years experience in the mining industry spanning both metaliferous and coal industries, open cut and underground. Dudley has gained a broad range of operations and management experience working for companies such as MIM, UDC, Shell Coal, Rio Tinto, Thiess and most recently with Mitsubishi Development as Senior Vice President Operations. Dudley is a Fellow of the AusIMM.

Andrew Rouse – Executive Manager, Technical Services

Andrew is a MBA qualified Mining Engineer with over 10 years experience in underground metalliferous and open cut coal operations with large operators. Andrew’s practical experience is coupled with various technical roles from tendering and operational support, mine design and scheduling to mining systems development and implementation.

Michael Moore – Group Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a CPA and has over 30 years experience in both public and private enterprise in a variety of industries. The vast majority of his career has been in Sydney, more recently with The Australian Institute of Management , Yates and Chubb. Michael moved to Orange in 2008 and worked for Electrolux until his appointment with Pybar in December 2010.

Agi Patrikios – Operations Manager (NSW, VIC, TAS, Shotcrete & Civil)

Agi is a Mining Engineer and holds a MSc in Mining, an MBA and a First Class WA Mine Managers ticket with mutual recognition for NSW & QLD. Agi has over 25 years mining experience in underground gold mines, project development, process plants and retreatment plants in Zimbabwe and underground metaliferous mines and process plants in Australia and has held statutory management positions in Australia and Zimbabwe. Agi has a broad range of technical, operational and management experience gained in various roles through to Group Manager Mining working with Mine owners in Australia and Zimbabwe.

Dave Hunter – Operations Manager (WA & SA)

Dave has over 17 years mining experience predominately in contract mining, holding senior positions in safety and training, project management, operations and contracts. Extensive experience in vertical development and contract works in both metalliferous and coal makes Dave a great asset to the team.

Scott Todd - Technical Services Manager

Scott is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years experience and has held various mining engineering, planning and technical management roles within companies including Oakbridge, Cyprus, Thiess and Mitsubishi. Scott also ran a small contract company supplying services to the quarrying and mining industries. His last role was the Vice President, Technical for Mitsubishi Development - responsible for the operational and technical governance of joint venture assets.

Wayne Bradford – Senior Manager – Safety, Health & Environment, Human Resources

Wayne brings to PYBAR over 30 years of experience in the underground mining and civil construction industries primarily in safety and quality management with 15 years in senior management positions. Systems focused, Wayne has been responsible for the safety of multi-billion dollar projects for several tier one mining and civil contractors and has a specialty in underground metalliferous, tunnelling and pipe laying projects.

Scott Marsden – Plant Manager

Scott has 22 years experience in the underground and surface Metalliferous mining industry, initially in trade qualified mechanical and maintenance management, followed by asset maintenance & management roles with owner operator and contract miners. Scott’s experience ensures PYBAR has the right equipment in the right place at the right time.

Mick Blunt – Drilling Division Manager

Mick has over 22 years experience in the drilling industry with a particular focus on machinery & equipment. Trade qualified, with a broad skills based developed in production, maintenance, operations and management, Mick’s project management expertise and knowledge of equipment capabilities keeps the machinery on the job and the work to schedule.

Adam Crouch – Shotcrete Manager

Adam has close to 18 years experience, in the application of shotcrete and equipment operation in both major mining and tunnelling projects throughout Australia and Hong Kong. His key strength is his ability to communicate at all levels. Adam’s mandate is to deliver solution-focused results for client projects through innovation & cost-efficiencies, maintaining that the product delivered on the wall, not words, is testament to his approach.
